Seahawks 27 - Rams 33
Reality check!!!

Was that ever a heartbreaker! We had the game well under control and then let the Rams steal it away from us. Unbelievable. This is not something that was supposed to happen to the 2004 Seahawks.

OK, well, it happened. What matters now is that we learn from it. We have to fight to the end no matter how far ahead we are! We can't go into a lazy, conservative mode when we're dominating. We need to keep the intensity level high. We have to protect our field. We have to believe in ourselves.

The boys were SO strong today!! Interceptions were coming our way!! Our defense played tough for three quarters and then couldn't get it done in the final quarter. When we needed the offense to come through for us at the end of the game, they couldn't get it done either. After humiliating the Rams, we fell apart!

The dropped passes must stop. I'm willing to forgive a couple in a game, even if the same player makes the drop, but at one point there had been 7 dropped passes. That's discouraging.

This is such a tough loss but it isn't the end of the world. What matters is bouncing back. We know we can field an awesome team! We have to go back out there next week, against a tough opponent, and show them that we're the 2004 Seahawks!

GOOOOOO BLUE AND GREEN! WE BELIEVE!!!!
