Hey! My name is Ali, and I am a senior at Spanaway Lake High School. I recently went to cheer camp in Ellensburg, where I was lucky enough to meet one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. She was our "Door mom", or basically she just stayed with my squad, in our dorm every night. She taught us so much about team spirit, kindness, compassion, patience, and that having fun is sometimes the best solution to any situation. She is beautiful, kind, talented, hilarious, and she was a Seagal, in 1998!

I bonded with her immediately, and we are very close. She is like a big sister to me. My entire squad adores her, and we are so lucky that we met her and came into our lives. She not only taught us so much about performing, (And some hot, cheer dance moves) but she also taught us the very importance of team work, patience, and ways to communicate.

When I read your appreciation for these cheerleaders, I wanted to share with the rest of the world just how much she means to me, and to us all. She is and will always be one of my biggest inspirations, role models, and I hope that when you look at the Seattle Seagals of 1998, you will be able to see her beauty, kindness, talent, and just how much Melissa Doss shines! We love you "Mom"...Go Hawks!!!!!!!
