Bert's Chicken

Boneless chicken, as much or as little as you like!
1 stick of butter
Garlic powder
1/2 - 3/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 - 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (I mix grated with fresh shredded)

Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Set aside. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add a couple of shakes of garlic. Using tongs, dip a chicken piece into the melted butter. Immediately roll chicken into bread crumb mix. Lay flat in a baking dish. Repeat until all pieces are coated in butter and crumbs. Drizzle remaining butter over chicken, sprinkle with remaining crumbs.


Bake at 350 degrees F till it's golden brown, about 30-45 minutes. (Or at 400 degrees F for 20-30 minutes.) They are SO tasty that you don't need any dipping sauce and they heat up well for leftovers! Thanks, Rox and Bert!! You guys are awesome!!!
