Not Bitter Beer Fondue
AKA: MMMMMMMMMM, That Cheese Stuff!

Y'all know how I LOVE The Melting Pot restaurant! My daughters go nuts over the cheese fondue, so I'm not sure why I hadn't tried to make my own. I mean, how hard could it be?

Recently I was looking for some new recipes for my boss when I came across a recipe for beer and cheese fondue. It was so outrageously simple that I jotted it down and vowed to make it.

 
 
 
Tonight was the night ... and boy, oh boy, was it our lucky night! Nothing could be easier as an appetizer. A can of beer, generous amounts of cheese, a dash of hot pepper and a lot of indulgence!
