Really Good Dip
2 tubs cream cheese, softened to room temp
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing mix
1 can green chilies
1 cup red and green pepper, diced
1 small can sliced black olives
1 can corn, drained
1 can Mexicorn or Fiesta corn, drained

Combine all the ingredients. Chill overnight. That's it! What could be easier? It's better when it's prepared the day before you need it. It's every bit as good the second or third day. Not that I'd know because I've eaten it all by then!

OK, it's Debe's recipe, WHATEVER! Look, she has friends who like to cook. What can I say? She comes up with good recipes and then she tells us about them at work!

This time, however, I must intervene. She calls this recipe Corn Julio, or something ridiculous like that. I refuse to call it Corn Julio or Cornolio -- I'm not even convinced it should have the word "corn" in the title if we want it to sound appetizing. It's just Really Good Dip, OK? Trust me on that one.
