Fabulous Fondue for Four

Cheese Fondue:
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

 
 
 
Cheese Dippers:
French bread, cut into bite-sized squares
Crackers
Apples, cored and sectioned
Fresh vegetables, blanched if necessary


Meat Fondue:
3 Ribeye Steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
Bacon (optional -- if used, cut bacon strips into thirds and wrap each piece of steak)
6 Chicken Tenderloin strips, bite-sized
Marinade of your choice
Fresh vegetables of your choice
