Tequila-less Lime Chicken
Combine marinade ingredients in large bowl. Add frozen chicken tenderloins. Cover for 2-3 hours,turning chicken periodically. (Do not marinate more than 4 hours due to acidity of lime.)

Prepare the sauce. Mix until smooth. Cover and chill.

Prepare the chips. Cut the tortillas into strips. Lay flat on cookie sheet. Spray generously with butter-flavored cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.

20 minutes before you are ready to eat, pre-heat the barbecue grill. Grill chicken for 3-5 minutes per side or until done. Remove to a cookie sheet. Arrange tenderloins into groups of three. Top with sauce. Sprinkle shredded cheese over sauce. Just before serving, broil for 2-3 minutes or until chicken is hot and cheese is melted.

To serve, spread a bed of tortilla chips on each plate. Top with sauce. Remove hot chicken from oven and place three tenderloins on each bed of chips. Serve immediately.
