Becky's Mango Salsa

It's not really my salsa recipe. I got it from a co-worker named Becky.

But it's not really her recipe, because she's never made it!

A few years ago she belonged to one of those recipe clubs where they send you the recipe file box, then once a month you get a packet of picture cards with recipes. You know the kind -- they all look wonderful, but who's really going to make them?! (Been there! Done that!)

 
 
 
She was cleaning things out and offered the recipes to any of us at work who might want them. I took 5 cards out of the stack of hundreds, one of which was for mango salsa. It was a terrific hit!! I'd make it again in a flash! The first time I tried it I put it on fish. It was SO good! The next morning I used it as relish on a hot dog! How much more versitile can you get?!?!
