Mango Salsa
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch dice
1/2 medium red onion, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin (USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!)
Juice of 1 limes (about 3 tablespoons)
1/8 cup chopped cilantro leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
To prepare the salsa, combine all ingredients. Toss gently to mix and place in a serving bowl.
