Any Other Time Pasta
1 8 oz bag Creste Di Gallo pasta
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup diced onion
3 stalks celery, diced
1/2 cup sliced carrots
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes & liquid
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
 
 
 
Brown garlic, onion, celery and carrots in butter. Add tomatoes, basil, seasoning, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer while pasta cooks.

Cook pasta per instructions on package. Drain liquid from pasta. Stir whipping cream into vegetable sauce. Add drained pasta. Stir thoroughly so that cream gets into the shell of the pasta. Serve hot with fresh Parmesan cheese and a slice of garlic bread! Yum!
