Cranberry Brie Pizza

1 (8-oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
8 oz. cubed brie cheese
3/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate into triangles. Arrange in the pan to form a circle and lightly press together. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly brown.

Remove from the oven and spread brie cheese over crust. (If you use the spreadable brie, it will soften on the hot crust and will be like butter!) Spoon the cranberry sauce over the cheese. Top with pecans. Bake 8 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool 5 minutes and cut into serving pieces.

You want something fast, easy and elegant for dessert at Thanksgiving or Christmas? TRY THIS RECIPE! I couldn't believe how easy it was and it comes out beautiful! It's even good leftover cold!

I was unable to find brie cheese in our local grocery store that wasn't the spreadable kind. It worked brilliantly. I'd try that over cubed brie any old day!
