Pasta with (If I say it, no one will try it!)
When I saw this recipe, I said, "WHAT?????" You're going to put pumpkin on pasta with sausage??? It was just weird enough that I had to give it a try. After all, Americans are forever being told that we do weird things with pumpkin, why not prove the point?!?! I will admit that I had a stash of steaks in the refrigerator that were ready to be cooked in a flash if my worst fears were realized. I'm happy to report that the steaks are still a go for tomorrow, that is, if we don't have the leftovers from tonight's scrumptious meal instead!

Oh, and I should tell you one more thing. As I made the comment, "Yum! This stuff grows on you..." just ignore my daughter's comment. You know, the one that goes like this, "It just about has to." The original recipe comes from Rachel Ray at The Food Network.
