Sweet Chicken Bacon Bites
Boneless Chicken Tenderloins, thawed and cut into 1" cubes
Bacon, cut into thirds
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder

Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden toothpick. Stir together brown sugar and chili powder. Dredge (heavily coat) wrapped chicken in mixture. Spray broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken on rack. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp and chicken is done.

I'm told this recipe comes from Paula Deen's new magazine. Can't personally vouch for that but I can promise that the more you eat, the more you'll want! One is good, two is better, three is divine. Better have a crowd handy when you make them or you'll need a LOT of self-control! Incidentally, these are a sensational party fingerfood. I dare you to eat just one!
