Seahawks vs Panthers | Game Day | Lamar King | Autographs | Meet Pat! | The Game | The Stadium | Halftime |

After meeting Lamar King, we were able to see many, many of the Seahawks as they made their way to the bus to go to the game. Pat and I tried to help some of the little Seahawks fans get autographs while making sure Pat got what he could on his football. It was an exciting time, made even more fun when Jon Kitna and Ricky Watters appeared! Those were two autographs we'd been hoping to get and Pat managed to get both of them!

WA HOOOO!!!

The players were pretty good about signing for fans. Some of them were very serious, heads down, obviously not going to sign, but many of the others were generous with their time.

I didn't see Cortez Kennedy sign for anyone on Game Day or the day before. We saw Coach Holmgren on Sunday and he smiled as he told us he wouldn't be signing. He's a dashing man.

I always get a kick out of the way players dress for the game. Some of them come decked in fancy suits complete with a tie; others look like they're ready for the beach; some wear sweats. Some of the jewelry the players wear is phenomenal! I happened to notice a ring that Gil Haskell (Offensive Coordinator) was wearing! Oh my gosh! As big a ring as I've ever seen with more diamonds than you can imagine! I would assume it's a Super Bowl ring but I didn't have the presence of mind to ask!

I think it's awesome that the players were willing to sign for the fans. As a fan, I know the thrill of seeing the players, let alone having the opportunity to get their autographs! I hope the players know how much it means to us when they have interaction with fans. For some of us, those in particular who don't live in the Seattle area, opportunities to see the players are rare and this is really big stuff to us!

Oh yes, there's more!
