I couldn't be happier for Dave Krieg, nor could I have been more overjoyed when I heard the news! It's been my belief for years that he's belonged in the Ring of Honor, to go with being an official Legend of the Almost Hall of Fame, and a future NFL Hall of Famer.
A HUGE thank you goes out to all the fans who have sent letters to the Seahawks petitioning for Dave's induction! Your voice was heard; your wishes granted! This is a day for you to celebrate as well! Dig out the #17 jersey and roll out the video! Krieg to Largent -- TOUCHDOWN!! I can hear it now!!
I was fortunate enough to get to go to Seattle for the induction ceremony and meet Mr. Krieg in person. It was a thrill and honor that I'll remember for a long, long time. I'd like to thank those who made it happen! I'm so grateful for your generosity and friendship.
